Although we specialize in the marine industry, we produce custom metal fabrication items for many customers and companies in other industries.
Our staff consists of marine welders, machinists and fabricators with over 20 years experience and with various welding certifications. We have had a machine shop and an engineering department for over 15 years.
Our company has been in business since 1937. We began as a small welding shop. In 1971 we became incorporated and two years later we began specializing in the Marine Industry. All of our marine tanks are built and tested to the American Boat and Yacht Council and Coast Guard regulations. We take pride in our ability to manufacture our tanks and other marine hardware to accommodate the needs of our customers.
Please contact our sales staff at Luther's if you believe there is anything we can help you with. We would be glad to give you an estimated price and delivery for your fabrication needs.
Luther's fuel tanks carry a one-year warranty from the date of first consumer sale by Luther's or any authorized dealer against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is voided if the tank is not properly installed, is used in a manner other than that for which the tank was intended, and/or in any case where unauthorized repair work, or modification has been done on the tank. This warranty applies to the person who originally purchases the fuel tank and is not transferable.
The customer must provide the serial # of the tank so that determination can be made if the tank is under warranty. If the tank was sold to a dealer, the date the dealer sold it to the customer is also needed. If the tank is covered under warranty, instructions will be given as to how the tank will be returned to Luther's. The tank may be repaired, replaced or another reasonable course of action taken by Luther's. It is at the sole discretion of Luther's to determine which course of action will be taken to fulfill the obligations of the warranty.
NOTE: Luther's will not pay for, or reimburse the cost of repair work or other labor (including labor costs for the removal of the tank) unless prior authorization is received from Luther's.
